How can enjoy free shipping policy?
Free shipping on orders over USD$69. Both shipping costs and shipping method should be subject to what is stated on Payment Page, and this may vary for different delivery destinations


How soon will I receive my package after my order placed?
There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your package.

1. Item Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually it is around 5 to 7 working days to process.


2. Shipping Time :

Due to the COVID-19 , post service only. ( standard shipping and express shipping will back to normal on July.)

US Domestic : 7-15 Business Days.

Other Countries : 12-25 Business Days



NOTE FOR TAXES:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The super savings option will take 7 to 30 business days and the faster delivery will take 2 to 5 business days with extra 3 to 5 business days of processing time for every order .

If order does not meet the condition of free shipping service, we will charge freight by item's weight according to our logistics service provider

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.
